  3. A roast fit for an English man. We love our Sunday roast. The crisp is similar to our crumble. A very similar meal to ours last Sunday. I like creme fraiche on my crisp crumble. The others like custard. The family look happy to have you visit too.

    1. Yes it sure was and my ancestors came from Liverpool, I was going to make Yorkshire pudding too but nobody else seemed to care so we did not bother.
The crisp /crumble was a nice addition too, still warm out of the oven.

  4. Nice tower, George, thanks for thinking of me. It is 7:30 Monday morning while I read this and your meal is making me hungry already! Looks delish, one of my favourite meals, roast beef, roast potatoes and carrots and apple crisp for dessert. I prefer the ice cream, not much for frozen yogourt (only the fresh!) Glad you had a chance to meet little Neko before you head out again.

  6. Reading the comments I like the one saying you make the most of your home trips... but then, you make the most of wherever you are! You'd not only make lemonade from lemons, you'd find a spring of mint and a maraschino cherry to add to it!
